General Questions
What do I get with the Free Plan?
Free includes browser tools plus limited Converto tools with fair caps: up to 50 MB per file, up to 10 conversions per day and 150 per month across limited tools, and a per-tool daily allowance. Premium-only tools stay locked until you upgrade.
Why should I upgrade to Premium?
Premium raises the upload cap to 150 MB, removes daily and monthly free conversion caps, and unlocks advanced Converto tools such as OCR, Word and PowerPoint export, redact, protect, watermark, and page organization. You also get full dashboard access for files, billing, and invoices. Subscription plans include a 7-day free trial.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you choose a subscription plan, checkout starts a 7-day free trial. You get Premium access during the trial. After 7 days your card is charged and the plan becomes active, unless you cancel first from your Converto account dashboard.
Can I switch plans if my needs change?
Absolutely. You’re always in control—upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime in your account settings.
Billing & Payments
Can I share one subscription across multiple accounts?
No. Premium is linked to the signed-in Converto account that completed checkout. Each person who needs premium access should use their own account and plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely by Paddle. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and other methods may appear depending on your region in the Paddle checkout.
What if I need to change my plan during a billing period?
You can change or manage your subscription from your account settings in the Converto dashboard. Timing of upgrades, downgrades, and prorating applies from there.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. After a completed payment, signed-in users can download invoices from the Converto dashboard billing section for that payment.
